How do I know about the status of my shipment?

I will personally contact you via email or WhatsApp to inform you about each update regarding your order. You will have all the information from the moment the shipment is made until it reaches your hands. And if you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact me.

What happens if my product arrives in poor conditions?

If the artwork presents any damage, take a photo and contact me as soon as possible. I will take care of solving the problem and if it doesn't have a satisfying solution will proceed to refund of the money. You have a period of 48 hours from the time you receive the work to give notice of the situation. Refund to your credit card or Paypal account may vary but should not take any longer than 14 business days.

The fastest and most direct way to contact me is by email to katarinaabovic@gmail.com or sending me a WhatsApp. I will answer you in a 48 hours max period.

What happens if I am charged custom taxes in my country upon receiving the artwork?

If there is any tax to pay in the country in which you reside and receive the work, this must be assumed by the buyer. If there is any tax, the courier company (DHL or Fedex) will contact you and you can pay directly to them at the time of reception.

Can I pay with bank transfer?

Yes, it is possible. If this payment method suits you, you can contact me via email at katarinaabovic@gmail.com or WhatsApp.

Shipping time: Generally 7-14 business days for domestic shipments (within Chile) or for pickup in Vitacura, 10-14 business days for international shipments.

Returns: The works of art purchased by the client can only be exchanged or returned if they are damaged, or do not fully correspond to the image of the work. If any of these conditions are met your money will be refunded to your credit card or returned to your bank account within a period no longer than 14 business days.

Important: The request for a refund or exchange must be made within 48 hours period once the work is received. The most direct and efficient way to contact me is by writing to my email at katarinaabovic@gmail.com or my WhatsApp.

Shipping cost: Shipping is included.

Shipping method: Work sent carefully rolled inside a cardboard or pvc tube. If you live in Santiago, Chile you can pick it up mounted on a frame in Vitacura.

Information for international buyers:International buyers please note that this artwork, will not be shipped stretched or framed to destinations outside of Chile. It will instead be removed from its stretcher/frame and will be shipped rolled in a rigid mailing tube ready for stretching and framing at your local framers.

international buyers please also note that the price of the artwork is not inclusive of any taxes/duties held by shipping destinations outside of Chile, and therefore are the responsibility of the buyer.

All works are sent with their corresponding Certificate of Authenticity.
