  • How do I know the status of my shipment?
    I will personally contact you via email or WhatsApp to inform you about each update regarding your order. You will have all the information from the moment the shipment is made until it reaches your hands. And if you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact me.
  • What happens if my purchase arrives in poor conditions?
    If the artwork presents any damage, take a photo and contact me as soon as possible. I will take care of solving the problem and if it doesn't have a satisfying solution will proceed to refund of the money. You have a period of 48 hours from the time you receive the work to give notice of the situation. Refund to your credit card or Paypal account may vary but should not take any longer than 14 business days.
  • I still have questions, how do I contact you?
    The fastest and most direct way to contact me is by email to katarinaabovic@gmail.com or sending me a WhatsApp. I will answer you in a 48 hours max period.
  • How much is the shipping cost?
    0. Shipping is included!
  • What happens if I am charged custom taxes in my country upon receiving the artwork?
    If there is any tax to pay in the country in which you reside and receive the work, this must be assumed by the buyer. If there is any tax, the courier company (DHL or Fedex) will contact you and you can pay directly to them at the time of reception.
  • Can I pay with bank transfer?
    Yes, it is possible. If this payment method suits you, you can contact me via email at katarinaabovic@gmail.com or WhatsApp.
