Shipping time: Generally 7-14 business days for domestic shipments (within Chile) or for pickup in Vitacura, 10-14 business days for international shipments. ​

 

Returns: The works of art purchased by the client can only be exchanged or returned if they are damaged, or do not fully correspond to the image of the work. If any of these conditions are met your money will be refunded to your credit card or returned to your bank account within a period no longer than 14 business days.

 

Important: The request for a refund or exchange must be made within 48 hours period once the work is received. The most direct and efficient way to contact me is by writing to my email at katarinaabovic@gmail.com or my WhatsApp. ​

 

Shipping cost: Shipping is included. ​

 

Shipping method: Work sent carefully rolled inside a cardboard or pvc tube. If you live in Santiago, Chile you can pick it up mounted on a frame in Vitacura. ​

Important information for international buyers:

International buyers please note that this artwork, will not be shipped stretched or framed to destinations outside of Chile. It will instead be removed from its stretcher/frame and will be shipped rolled in a rigid mailing tube ready for stretching and framing at your local framers.

International buyers please also note that the price of the artwork is not inclusive of any taxes/duties held by shipping destinations outside of Chile, and therefore are the responsibility of the buyer.

 

All works are sent with their corresponding Certificate of Authenticity. ​
